Bud Baer Washington Hyundai Complaint - Poor Customer Service
WASHINGTON, PENNSYLVANIA -- Purchased a car on a Saturday. Came with a 3 mth/3000 mi warranty, just inspected. Picked up car the following Monday (left for detailing). Two days later, my "check engine" light is on, the exhaust sounds like a tank. Took car back to dealer (after many attempts to get the salesman, Carlo to return calls) for repair, picked up car & on the way home, the "check engine" light is on again. Two more times, same scenario. I'm getting the feeling this place is trying to play me for a fool. I live 1 1/2 hours away, 1/3 of my warranty in time & miles is spent on traveling to & from repair appointments. Bud Baer has not heard the last from me! Consumers beware!
