Bob's Discount Furniture Complaint - Horrible Customer Service - Almost Pulling teeth to get parts
The customer service is so poor. A plastic part of the recliner sofa broke. To order a part, customers have to go through hell.
a) Customer service hold time is more than 1 hour at all times. Mr. Bob comes on and says "I hate to hold !!" He knows how long he is making customers hold.
b) The customer service representative after he comes on is rude. The process is for them to send you a paper snail mail with the part description. You are supposed to sign and send a cheque. This process takes more than 2 weeks.
c) No idea when we get the part. The part description was wrong. I am on hold over 95 minutes now waiting for the customer service person to explain if the paper I got has the description of the part that I need.
DO NOT BUY FROM BOB's. OTHERs are equally competitive.
