Sears Home Service Complaint - Sears Home Service
I have now wasted over 115 minutes (as of this post) in waiting to speak with customer service in regard to an appointment that SEARS had to cancel. Like everyone, its not always easy to be available throughout the day for appointments and when I rearrange my schedule to only have to do that again, I wanted to know what Sears is willing to compensate for my loss of work, extra services for a special needs child and now my cell minutes. The customer service was bad even before this and really regret giving them my credit card info before the service was done. Big name Sears, but there is no company to big to fail and I can truly say that I have been a lifelong fan of their brands and an advocate for them and not only have they finally lost me (not 1 or 2nd issue in general) but they have now created someone who will go out of his way to make sure anyone asking about alike companies, will definitely hear of how bad I feel things are with this area and unfortunately for the other parts of Sears, they are guilty by association.
Sears you have failed and I wish you luck in retaining loyal customers but not me.
