Jewelry Exchange Complaint - Bad Customer Service
SUDBURY, MASSACHUSETTS -- I had purchased a diamond wedding band / diamond ring set at the Jewelry Exchange in Sudbury MA. My wife had noticed that one of the small diamonds on the wedding band was cracked. We went back to the store so that they would replace the diamond. They told us that it was the crystallization and would not address the defect. I asked them to replace the diamond and they did not want to hear it. They told us it was natural. You can clearly see with the naked eye that it is cracked. My mistake for not looking at it closely at the store. When I got home I placed a needle tip and dragged it across the top of the diamond the tip of the needle catches at the crack. Bad Customer Service after the sale.
Do not buy from these people as they do not want to deal with you once they take your money. If I was the owner of a company I would try to please my customers for repeat business. I will never buy anything from the Jewelry Exchange nor would I recommend them to anyone. You would think one of these places that sells diamonds would at least have a microscope so you can inspect what you are buying.
