Jacksonville Jeep Chrysler Dodge Complaint - Beware Of The Liars In Service

Review by gypsyman on 2010-11-03
JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA -- This is the most dishonest, criminal bunch of creeps that have ever worked in a service dept ANYWHERE!! I was lied to about my Jeep being worked on. Caught them cold! Was told that the transmission guy had my tranny out and they were waiting on parts. I showed up in the morning (unannounced) and found my Jeep right where I left it, untouched! Then the service MGR told me they wouldn't honor my warranty!!! Thomas in service lied and said that my tranny had been dismantled and then the tranny mechanic lied and said he took of the pan and found metal shavings when the truth is that NO ONE touched the Jeep at all. I have since took it to Atlantic doge Jeep in saint Augustine who said that was typical of Jax Jeep. The service mgr at Atlantic took in my Jeep, told me the warranty was good and had my transmission diagnosed and parts ordered the same day. 2 days later, Jeep is like new and no B.S. You decide. But be warned.

The Jax dealership is a bunch of liars who are trained to cover each others @#$%! Avoid them if you know whats good for you.

Good review, but unfortunately, there are a lot more dealers just as bad if not worse out there.

There are some bad dealers out there - I ran into one with my VW. I filed a complaint up the chain of command.

It's hard to know exactly what went on here without a few more details. Was the manager of the attitude you had a failure not covered under warranty? If so, what was it? Did they say there were costs you would have to bear? That might help demonstrate an attempt to defraud you.
