Leather Recliner - Complaint
CHESTERFIELD, MICHIGAN -- I bought a leather recliner for my husband last Christmas. Within 6 months, the leather stain had worn completely off the arms and the back of the head rest area. A service man came out and said it was not covered because of wear. Mind you, he doesn't sit on it 24/7....maybe a few hrs a day. They refused to honor any defective/manufactures warranty and said theres nothing they could do.
Well, I have finally paid it off, the payments lasted longer than the chair did !! BUYER BEWARE...They sell junk.

Ashley furniture at an inflated price. And the worst salespeople I ever met. Snotty, pushy, real losers, can talk me OUT of something no matter how much I want it.
