The Hartford Complaint - The Hartford "Run Around"
I have been dealing with the Hartford since January. We are now dealing with my second claim and it has been two long, stressful months trying to get it approved. My doctors office has numerous times provided Hartford with all the information regarding my disabilities, including what they require, my restrictions and limitations, and still nothing. They are not worries about helping the person in need, but I believe they just don't want to give any money to those who qualify for it. They are rude and uninformative when you ask them the status of your claim. I have been calling every day for 2 whole months in hopes to resolve the situation, but again nothing. The first claim in January that took about two to three months to get anything, I was cheated out of my money and Hartford had the wrong information on file and told me I had to go through my job to correct the hours since they provided that info to find out after 6 months that Hartford has an analyst for Walmart that works for them in the office that provides Hartford the info, And they could have resolved that issue months ago instead of having me run around with dead ends everywhere.
They had me as working 18 hours a week, when I worked well over 40 hrs a week. I am about to lose everything thanks to Hartford.
