Suddenlink Complaint - Terrible service - Internet

EAST TEXAS AREA, TEXAS -- After months of no internet with Suddenlink and after being stood up on at least 8 appointments I have had it with this company. On the last appointment they didn't show up for, I was told I had no problem and that my internet did work and that they had other customers who took precedence. Although I live in the Gladewater Texas Area the Gladewater branch doesn't take care of my issues.. Daingerfield Texas does. I have called many times to just be taken in circles. How a branch can just disregard appointments is beyond me especially when we lose work time to meet them. I have never been so poorly treated by a company. And they want to handle my home security??

Suddenlink is terrible. If it's not the cable TV having problems, it's the internet. They seem completely incompetent. Avoid them at all costs.
