Dish Network Complaint - Discontinued Service
I discontinued my service inorder to get a better plan. When I called and ask to be disconnected, I was told the would send me boxes to send the equipment back to the at no cost, that I would be chargewd for the equipment if I did not send the back. Well, they were two weeks late in sending the shipping boxes and I callled to see what the problem was since I was going out of town. The boxes were sent and I returned the equipment.
Then came the bill for shipping. Since I was no longer a subscriber to Dish Network I had to pay to send their equipment back to them.
