Bob's Discount Furniture Complaint - Extremely Rude Customer Service
BROOKFIELD, CONNECTICUT -- Buying from Bob's Discount Furniture is the worst thing you can ever experience!
1- Horrible phone system, you need to spend more than 30-50 minutes trying to reach any live person to answer your call! it's always ringing then disconnects!!
2- Awful Customer Service & Delivery services. Bryan & Johnathan know nothing about how to deal with customers. They tell you "ok, be mad as you want, finally you will get nothing, what do you prefer now!!!" Rude!!
3- Delivery was supposed to be for two purchase orders on Sat., till Friday night nobody called to confirm it. I had to call so I spent more than 30 minutes to reach them, finally the only respected person I found there "Jennifer Hertz" answered me apologizing that they can't deliver on time due to a failure of their systems and the complete 2 orders will be delieverd on Tuesday (nobody called to inform us about that, I had to call to know!!!).
4- On Tuesday, the delivery was missing the 2nd order!!!! I called (meaning about 30-50 minutes to reach anybody) to ask, Bryan (i think a sales person) said (yes, it's our 2nd mistake, and you have to accept it!!!!!!) , the missing order will be delivered after 7 DAYS because there is no place in other earlier trucks!!!!!! and Of course you are helpless and have nothing to do but accept!
5- during that week, I called (30-50 mins)to confirm the delivery date and it was confirmed by the same person (Bryan).
6- before the 3rd scheduled delivery date, they called us to reschedule it as "Tuesday was never available" Johnathan said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (after confirming the earlier delivery time twice, now they say it was never available, due to their failed systems)
7- Of course, as usual, (Ma'am you can fight all day and wait till Tuesday and get nothing, what do you think!!!!) Johnathan said!!!!!!!
8- We are still waiting for the forth scheduled delivery date!!!!! we'll see!!!
They compensate us by a gift card and that staff but honestly it is nothing comparing to waiting and that hassle of delivery and hundreds of mistakes!!! besides I won't NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again.
Stay away from Bob's Furniture, they are rude, unorganized and horrible people. You get cheap products but you pay a lot of your time and convenience.
