Teak Imports Middleton MA Complaint - Poor Customer Service - Poor Value
MIDDLETON, MASSACHUSETTS -- 2 issues:
1. After spending several thousands of dollars for a two bedroom pieces, I was informed it would take two deliveries since not all pieces were available at the same time.
When the remainder of my order was ready, I was informed that I would have to pay for a second delivery - which wsa not part of the original agreement. When challenging the charge, I was informed rather rudely and abruptly by the manager that I either paid for it or it would not be delivered.
2. The bed I purchased was set up by the company's delivery team. It squeeked rather loudly when getting in and out of bed. Initially, I felt it might be due to its newness and let it go for a period of less than 6 months. When I contacted the store to correct the situation, I was informed that I would have to pay for a service call and pay for the service.
My feeling is that after paying several thousands of dollars for 2 pieces of furniture, Teak Imports would provide better customer service and be more accomodating.
