Priceline.com Complaint - Never again with Priceline.com
I booked the hotel through Priceline. My daughter into accident so I wanted to shorten my stay at the hotel I booked. When I called the customer service they had thousand of question anywhere from how they can contact to my daughter to what is the doctor's name. I don't have all that information since my daughter can't answer the phone in the emergency room. I want to rush to be with my daughter, how in the world have time to find out all that. Anyway if you want to cancel or change your reservation, forget about it. Use Hotels.com. They have no hassle policy.
