Dayton Pharmacy Complaint - Rude - Prescription

I called the pharmacist about a question, regarding my prescription, he got annoyed and hung up. I didn't even get to ask the question, why did he hang up???? I call back, and he is screaming at me being so rude. He didn't even hear the question. It was such a simple routine question that any other pharmacist would have answered without being annoyed.

Sounds like, it's time for you to change pharmacies. I can't imagine what kind of question set him off, but regardless, that's no excuse to go crazy on you.

There are so many other pharmacies out there, that no one is limited to just one.

Is this pharmacist the kind of person you want handling your medication? Personally, I'd run, far and fast, away from him. Complain to the corporate office, and move your Rx's elsewhere. Almost every single pharmacy out there (supermarkets included), will transfer your Rx's to their stores as part of their service. Have your Rx #'s in hand, and move them, your health is more important than an employee that has an attitude problem.

Thank you so much for your comments. I was just so annoyed that I was talked to in that manner. I've never experienced that with a pharmacy before. Thx again for the replies:)
