Comcast Corporation Complaint - Poor service is next to no service
My husband and I moved to the Cypress area about six weeks ago. We had been using Dish Network and our apartment is prewired for Comcast so we thought we'd give them a try. What a let down. I'd go back to Dish Network in a heartbeat if I could. I have found that Comcast only talks customer service but they offer none. I just received a remote control in the mail today because my husband lost his. The easy set up directions that they sent with it is laughable if it wasn't so maddening. My bill has risen to well over two hundred dollars a month, and I thought I had it bad before. At least then I got all of the HD stations for free, plus, if I had a problem, it was fixed without having to wait. Here, you pay more for a whole lot less. Consider me an ex-customer, because I have had it.
