TNT CANADA Complaint - TNT-Lost parcel worth 6000 US$
TORONTO -- I had a shipment from Moscow shipped by my client on 21st of Feb 2005 and till today (more than a month) I have not received the same. I found various excuses like:
-1)POTENTIONAL CONNECTION DELAY
-2)HELD BY CUSTOMS
-3)Awaiting for clearanace instructions
-4)Received at Transit point
-5) Awaiting for instructions from receiver
-6) Customer refused the Delivery.
-7) finally delivered to customer (?) on verbal p.o.d (wrong fabrication)- PARCEL LOST/MISPLACED
I started following up with their customer service dept on:-
Cust. Serv. N. America
TNT IAH Support Lead
and they claim to have delivered(without proof) on 15th of March 2005 after 3 weeks ( normally it takes 3 days). But no such delivery was made. When Iasked for the proof, above person said that TNT don't care as their system show that it is been delivered and they do not have any proof of delivery.
I have lost 6000 US$ due to the very fact that TNT has lost parcel or made a delivery on wrong place. Now customer service do not even respond to my phone calls and do not answer any of my emails.
I suggest everyone to be careful of this company.
Now I have to look for the legal option to sue this company for loss of parcel. FOR SURE THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF LIARS AND JOKERS.
The biggest joke is TNT STAFF BELIEVES THAT THEIR SYSTEM SHOWS THE DELIVERY, NO MATTER EVEN IF ACTUAL DELIVERY HAS TAKEN PLACE OR NOT.
