DirecTV Inc Complaint - Read the Fine Print or you will pay for it!
I was a Direct TV user about 5 years ago, I went to cable then because of they way they did treated you and because the TV went out all the time. I moved to a new house and thought I would give them another try.
BAD MISTAKE! It took them almost 2 months to get it working right. It went out 3 Fridays in a row and since they do not work on weekends, you get no TV on the weekend either.
I finally had it and told them I no longer wanted their cruddy service. They sent me the boxes to return the receivers and them charged my credit card 724$!!! Direct TV said they have this in their fine print that they will charge you. They did not even give me the chance to return the receivers, getting the boxes on a Thursday, then the next day charging my credit card.
I called them about it, their rude billing representative said they will return the money for the receivers as soon as they get them...
They do not tell you that they will do this. Buyer Beware!!! this company is immoral in their buisness practices. They will hound you calling 6-7 times a day starting the first time you are even 1 day late paying your bill. Will NEVER EVER use Direct TV again!!!
