Straight Talk Phone Complaint - Unable to access minutes remaining on acc
I love my Straight talk phone but have been unable to get a glitch fixed even after contacting the company several times. Being on a fixed income I have chosen to us the 1000 minutes ($30 a month) plan. I am never able to find out how many minutes I have remaining on my account and they have not yet gotten the issue fixed. They only tell me that I have sufficient minutes never how many minutes. What if I have an emergency and the phone goes dead in the middle of the conversation. Not very good business. I have had my phone going on 2 months now and still no remedy.
