Creditprotector charge - Complaint

I checked my payement online and notice a charge for Creditprotector. I called the Co and was told she would take care of it today. A week later my money was not returned I called again. This time I was told it would take 7-10 days. Two weeks later I called again and was told it could take 30 days. They could take it out in 1 day but not replce it for 30. I then sent a message to Citi Bank. I received a notice they had received my complaint, and would investigate a week later I still have not heard from them or received my 34.50 back

File a formal written dispute. It sounds like they are deliberately stalling you hoping you will just go away. Are you learning an important lesson here? You can never rely on the word of any customer service representative. They can and will deny any information given in a phone conversation. Their stance will ALWAYS be that you mis-understood.

It is always easier for someone to take your money than it is to get it back. The trick is to not let them get it in the first place.

I wish you luck in getting your $ back, and one thing you want to make sure of is it doesn't happen again.
