Blockbuster Inc. Complaint - Blockbuster Express is a RIP OFF
I was charged 6 times for a DVD that wouldn't come out of the machine. BBE credited my bank account and then gave me 3 free rental codes. The next weekend I thought I'd give it another shot and rented two DVDs using those free codes. Come Monday morning when I checked my online banking I saw that I had been charged for those "free" rentals. I called customer service to have this corrected and they told me they were sorry but my free rental codes were expired and could not be properly applied.
Also, they refused to credit my account for these rentals. COMPLETE RIP OFF. I'm going to remain a loyal redbox customer now!
