Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast=HORRIBLE Customer Service--avoid if at all possible!!
AVOID Comcast. AVOID Comcast.
Extremely poor customer service. I moved to Spring TX in August 2010. I ordered business internet and phone service. Appointment was scheduled and everything for installation on a Friday. Well, NO ONE appeared, showed up or called from Comcast. I called back and was told the installation had been cancelled a few days before, by Comcast, and did you not receive any notice or message that it had been cancelled? LIVID, I chewed them a new one and ripped them apart for wasting my time. I requested verbally and in writing that they CANCEL all installations. PERIOD. THEN, they have the nerve of immediately sending over two different installation guys in the next week! I sent them away and told them if they contact me or step on my property then the police will be called. Yes, it was that bad. Their install or sales departments are not talking to each other or they are getting mixed communications from each other, or whatever. Someone isn't doing their jobs and that is THEIR problem. I HATE COMCAST.
