South West Water Company - Houston Complaint - ***Extremely Poor Customer Service - AVOID THEM !!***

This is absolutely the very worst "service" company I have ever dealt with. They read the water meter wrong, thne I spent so far 2 months trying to get it correctly read. I ahve spend countless hours on "hold" trying to get a manager to speak to. I filed a complaint with the BB of Houston and found out the have a "F" rating ! I see why...They are rude and hold times on phone are upwards of 25 min. They say they will return your call but they don't and when you question them they have a hundred excuses.

Go to
(Public Utility Commission of Texas) and click on "How to file a complaint"--about the center of the page--and let them know of your problem in addition to the BBB of Houston.
