e-cards free trial - Complaint
When trying to cancel my 30 day free trial of e-cards, after 45 minutes of being in a phone loop, I was told that the free trial was only 7 days long and it was impossible to get the $15.95 refunded. The e-mail confirmation of the free trial did not specify the number of days. Terrible customer service. Do not fall for American Greetings free trial offer.

Their website, http://landing.americangreetings.com/ecards_google/landing-26FP-359WH.html says "now free for 30 days." Did you by chance start your trial period prior to this change?
I've never sent an e-card to anyone, but I did a Google search for "free ecards" and there are a ton to choose from.
