SwipeAuctions.com Complaint - SwipeAuction is a Total Scam

BEWARE FOLKS of www.swipeauction.com!!! $160 charge immediately to your credit card!

Before sign up it said if I wasn't satisfied after signing up I was guaranteed a Full refund, w/ in 30 days. LiveChat: said I needed to file some paperwork, so I filled out & filed the appropriate forms & mailed into SwipeAuction.

Online Bidding site: Worst set up ever. Not what I anticipated on the site. I went back to ask for refund within the minutes after I signed up! once I looked around the 'members only' portion of the site.
After I filed the paperwork. I was told to contact them after 4wks to confirm the refund. So I did. They said I needed to email such a place to ask for refund because they no longer were able to give refunds. their merchants were no longer letting them sell their products on the site & all refunds unable to be full filled because they were, basically being shutdown.

Their Last email to me said:
" Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience as every possible effort to process the requested refund through our Merchant Account has failed. We had recently lost our Merchant Processing Provider, and furthermore are unable to electronically process any refunds.

Due to strict credit card regulations we have been prevented from issuing refunds by check. At this point, our only recommendation available is to have each consumer contact their bank directly and have their Associated Bank process the refund to their credit/and or debit card. Attached is a "Release of Authorization" Form that you may submit to your Associated Bank in requesting a refund on their end.

It has always been our intention to refund our valuable customers as per our Money Back Guarantee, but with the merchant account shutting down and not allowing us to refund, we are unable to assist consumers any further with a refund. "

Like my bank is going to issue me any check for this scam!

Just BEWARE!!! I'm now working with my credit card this charge was made to to dispute this $160 charge! Yea, $160!!!
