Sprint Complaint - Phone service
When I started of with Sprint I liked it ! Then I started having drop calls, I called them to tell them, I was having drop call, And they advised me that they were working on tours in my area, that was there excuse .. Now to this day I still have drop calls, so I called them and now there telling me it my phone! The Sprint Rep told me that I;m eligable for a new phone. It's just a bunch of crap to get more money, and they can't fix they problem. Then every time my call drop when I was on hold with the Rep they never call you back, after they say if we get interrupted is this a good number to call you back, never did !!! So When I talk to the representative again I said well I want a new phone, I asked can't you add it to my bill so, said you have to be with us for 13months have the phone added to account, instead of me going to store and paying for it at once .. I think they just suck in customer service, and I'm going back to Verizon !!! You pay for 69.00 a month your going to get what you pay for, I would rather pay more, and have better service !!!!
