Dish Network Complaint - Stupid and No Business Ethics
So, I am loyal Dish Network customer for last 3 years and I tried to change my channel package - So customer service says it will change my bill and my new bill will be $90. & I added DVR so I have to commit for 2 more years. But, since I am a loyal customer, loyalty department can probably reduce some. So they transfer me over to loyalty dept. Now, this 'Stephanie' who calls herself the head of department is arguing with me and tells me my new bill is not 90 but $100. :)
I told her my conversation with customer service that I signed up for $90, but she tells me that they made a mistake!!! and that she cannot help.
And people, on record she says Dish Network doesn't care about promises made to customers!!!!
So watchout before you make it your choice.
