Dish Network Complaint - No Rewards For Loyalty
This is posted on Dish networks philosophy page:
"DISH Network defies the industry standard of high prices because we believe that everyone should have access to affordable television. We keep our costs low by being fiscally and personally disciplined, and focused on the bottom line: value and quality for our customers."
But where is the value for the loyal customers. I have been with Dish for 8 years and when I call to get their promotion they can only say NO. They offer new customers the best packages and loyal customers pay at a minimum $15 dollars more for the same package.
I am saddened and confused by their total lack of consideration for my loyalty, they are not the only dealer in town. Time to become a loyal customer to someone else.
