Meijer.com Complaint - Missing Product
RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- I ordered 3 jewelry cleaning products and received two. The packing slip indicated all 3 items were in the box. I've call twice and spoken to two different reps about the missing product and each time I have been told that my concern has been escalated. However, there were no escalation notations from my original call. As a CS representative myself, I know that an escalation should be noted for any follow up calls. This concerns me about the resolution of my problem. I will gladly change my review if this is resolved in a prompt and courteous manner.
