EFaucets.com Complaint - Where's My Refund?!
I purchased bathroom hardware from efaucets.com for two bathroom remodels in June 2010. After deciding that the faucet for one of the rooms was not going to work out, I read the website for directions on returns. Since it wasn't within the 30 day period, I was told I had to "exchange" the faucet. This wasn't exactly true; I purchased a more expensive faucet, which was immediately charged to my credit card. I had to wait for efaucets.com to send me a letter with my RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization Number). They couldn't give it to me over the phone when I called! Each time I have called, I have waited AT LEAST an hour on hold to speak to anybody. It is now November 15, 2010. They signed for the faucet on August 2, 2010 and have not credited my account. As I write this I have, once again, been on hold for over an hour trying to straighten this out. I shop online more than any other type of shopping, but I WILL NEVER SHOP AT efaucets.com AGAIN!
