Wendy's Informative - Things to take into consideration
I work at Wendy's and granted I agree that customers need to be treated respectfully, it does not mean the customer is allowed to treat the employees as though they are there solely to please them. We are there to greet you, take your order, prepare your food and hand it out to you. We are not there to have you yell at us because your days was not going well, or to cater to you when the condiment stand is mere feet from where you're standing. It is not our job to put up with rude behavior no matter how bad of a day you were having at the time. There have been times when I feel as though I am cleaning up after children because of the mess you leave behind. There are trash cans everywhere for you to dispose of your trash. Take only as many napkins as you need, do not pile your trey high with it and throw them every which way. Learn to properly use the bathroom, when there is urine on the floor in front of the toilet, I believe there is something wrong with the way you are using the bathroom. Take our feelings into consideration. Yes your money pays us to help you out, but we do not get paid enough to keep a smile on our faces when you blatantly disrespect us. We are human, as are you, and we have to put up with your mess, your attitude, your bad day, your mistakes, and your disrespect, the least we can ask is a little understanding from you. We understand you have had a bad day, but understand that we have had a bad week.
