I submitted my cell phone around August 15, 2010. In a few weeks, I received an email stating that my order had been processed. Basically, I received my check on November 12, 2010.
Be aware that the 30 day limit isn't valid. It will takes months to get a check, but at least it comes. By the way, the check is issued through IZIC which is located in North Miami, FL.
