Ashley Furniture Complaint - Easton Ashley Furniture terrible

Review by john sjr51 on 2010-11-16
EASTON, MARYLAND -- I purchased a glass dining table and chairs from Ashley Furniture in Easton Maryland. three of the five chairs delivered were missing parts. Two of the chairs were missing leveling feet on the front legs and one was missing a back rubber foot. One of the 3 was also missing a bolt in the lower support and several of the other bolts in 2 chairs were loose and would no tighten. They had apparently been over tightened when initially but together. I asked for 3 new chairs and was told all I would get was the parts to repair them. I asked if the entire set could be returned and was told all sales were final. Now I have 3 chairs I can't use and must wait a week or 2 for parts. This is a terrible way to treat customers and this place should be investigated by the Attorney Generals Office. I intend to file a complaint with Consumer Protection. Take my advise and stay away from Ashley Furniture in Easton Maryland.
