Gold's Gym International, Inc Complaint - Golds Gym not honest

Complaint
Review by wildthingcharley on 2010-11-16
NORTH AUGUSTA, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I notified Golds Gym that my contract was up in December, and that I would not be renewing my contract. My membership was for one year only. Now I receive a form that has been circled that move out of the area. I don’t know what you are trying to pull. I have not said I was not honoring my present contract until the end of December. However, I will tell you this if any funds are taken out of my banking account after December, or if you try and take anymore than my membership dues out of my banking account, I will sue you for fraud. My only intention in contacting you about not renewing my membership was so you were aware of my intentions. I would have expected a letter from you thanking me for notifying me of my intentions of not renewing a new contract with you. My contract was for one year not for a life time.

Go down to your bank and personally talk to someone to ensure they don't take funds from your account after December.
