Sprint Complaint - No Service and cancelation Fee!
After many, many years of being a Sprint Customer, we recently moved into a new home and were unable to get service in our home or in the blocks surrounding our home. Since I worked from home, this was not accceptable. I worked with Sprint for about 3 weeks to try to get a device called an Air Rave to work, which it never did! I was assured at EVERY phone call that they would not charge me to cancel if they could not get me service. Well guess what, a $147 cancellation fee came today and there were no notes in the account so they will not wave. I was a loyal Sprint customer for many years and this is how I am treated. Be careful with the customer service department because they will just tell you what you want to hear!
