Dancing With The Stars Complaint - The show is fixed!!

LAS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA -- I USE to watch DWTS each season since the beginning. I STOPPED WATCHING THE SHOW 3 seasons ago because it became very apparent that the show was fixed. Mark Burnett is the creator of THE GREAT OUTDOORS--A SHOW ABOUT THE PALINS!!! Are you kidding me???? This means, the Palins are in his pocket people...this is why Bristol is still on!!! Can't we see the deception. Viewers don't really vote anyone off. They would like for us to think we do...but we have no say in the matter. It's up to Mark!!! The show is fixed and the creators/producers must be racist! I've watched great African American dancers get "voted off" and after the 3rd season of that nonsense, I said no more! I believe this show is political and racist and the creator makes the decision on who should win. It is not about a vote people...let's be smart here! There is no way in hell (PALIN'S) daughter should still be on this show...NO WAY!! My four year old cousin dances better than her! Although I haven't watched this show and refuse to watch it, I have seen newsclips and internet sites that discuss the same viewpoint I'm making. Each time I watch something about this show, it makes it very clear to me that African Americans WILL NOT WIN ON THIS SHOW!! If Bristol wasn't a Palin..she would have been off a long time ago...Politics should never drive this show or any other!! I guess this is what we've come to, huh Mark Burnett!!! Gosh, and I'm a serious Survivor fan,..guess, I have to drop that one too!! All we are asking for is to be real and fair to ALL people!! Get Bristol the hell out of there!!! You know she can't dance...nothing personal but the show is called "DANCING" WTS.

It seems like that a lot of complaints are being made that the show is fixed, as if there is no chance that Bristol is getting enough votes to stay on the show. Isn't that kind of how the show works? People sitting at home can vote for who they want to stay. If they went based only on dancing, then people at home wouldn't be allowed to vote, and only professional judges would determine who wins.

I doubt that racism is an issue. I do not doubt the show is fixed by the producers. The point of the show is to make money from the sponsors. They are not truly interested in a viewer vote, they are interested in marketability of a contestant. Why is Bristol still on? Not for her dancing skill. She is still on the show as she has name recognition and this is a major selling point for advertisers.

Steve..I'm not quite certain that the viewers are truly voting and if so, is it really being counted? What's the purpose of having judges anyway? Aren't the judges selected based on their dancing skills and knowledge? Yes..so why do they have the public calling in (if that even happens) anyway. Let the judges do what they were hired to do...VOTE.

Inat, what do you mean by "talentless mass" Did you have an issue with Ruben's weight? For some reason, you seem to think Ruben Studdard and Fantasia have no talent and didn't deserve to win. It may not be my style of music, but both are extremely talented and deserved the title. Did you prefer Clay Aiken?

Ruben is hot! Very very talented young man. I don't watch tv but I was really drawn in that particular season. I thought it was a very close call and would have been satisfied with either contestant as the winner.

I didn't watch American Idol from the beginning, but I've seen the reruns on AI Rewind. I think Ruben deserved to win. He's got a tremendous voice. Both Ruben and Clay were deserving of the title. It could have gone either way. But somebody has to win!
