Frontier Communications Complaint - Harrassment!! - Local Landline
We previously had Verizon who sold our local landline services to Frontier in Summer 2010. Ever since, we have been HOUNDED by Frontier employees for "upgrading" our services, long distance, the list goes on and on. We have repeatedly asked them not to call us anymore to solicit their services...yet they continue to call. We have received phone solicitations from them DAILY for the past two weeks and two again today! Unbelievable. We are trying to run a business and just cannot answer our phones. Horrible company- horrible customer service.
