Kindle Complaint - No help
Just bought the ereader, 2 actually for Xmas gifts. I fortunately I have done business with this site before and they already had my information from the previous order. Would not allow me to alter shipping site inspite of the fact that I clicked on all the apprpriate spots that supposedly would allow this change. (only after I had entered all my payment information) Next I wanted to get help. None available. No live people to talk to, no site to go to, nothing. Found a site for technical complaints but that was going to cost me $38. I'm not going pay them to make a complaint.
I just want my purchase to go some where other then the billing address. It's a gift. I could arrange to get it gift wrapped but not shipped where I want it. Guess I won't be doing any more xmas shopping on that site.
