HR Block Emerald Card Complaint - Very Poor Customer Service

I dread having to call customer service for anything. The reps speak very poor English and do not understand what I say. They either answer my question by reiterating the concern that I've expressed or just ask me to hold while their "system" tells me something. There system is an automated voice that comes on and pretty much states info which is of no used to helping solve my problem like their phone number or hours of operation or lets me know that the representative is transferring me to a different department. So in the end the reps are of absolutely no use, they either tell me useless info or transfer me to a different department. I don't understand why they are being paid, the automated voice thing does a better job than they do. SO FRUSTRATING!

We have the same problem. I asked to talk to a Manager and just got another poor speaking jerk!
