Budget Truck Rental Complaint - Deceptive, misleading, dishonest - Truck rental

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- Reserved a truck online at a rate of $39.95/day plus $0.14/mile. When I picked up the truck I was told I MUST have loss damage waiver (LDW) for 32.99. I showed my insurance card and she said she couldn't verify if it would cover or not, so I had to accept it. HOWEVER, second line on their contract says "Renters are not required to purchase loss damage wiaver (LDW). It is not mandatory." So, I accept because the move is happening that morning (but not happy about it). I present a 10% off weekend rentals, which the agent takes from me.
Upon returning the truck (42 miles later) I am charged a total of 112.96! There's a 13.95 fee for 'counter products' (never even had a drink of water in the place), 7.17 for "12% fee," 1.79 on a blank line item . . . Not even a coupon applied.
When I asked for an explanation I was told "that's how it is."
I called corporate offices and they told me the same thing.
I'm currently disputing through my credit card company.
These guys are not honest (ie counter products), not sympathetic, manipulative (own contract says it's LDW is NOT required), and poor customer service.
I'll never use them again.
