Sears Complaint - FOUR CANCELLATIONS !! No Repair ever done
We scheduled a repair for our dishwasher only to have Sears cancel the day of the appointment (yes someone had to stay home and wait only to get an automated call saying Sears cancelled).
The next day someone called to apologize and reschedule as a "priority one - critical" call. But the soonest was 3 weeks later. Foolishly we agreed. Guess what. Repair day comes, wife is home missing activities again and Sears cancels again !
Next day someone calls again to apologize - this time acknowledging there is no "priority calls" (essentially telling us the first person was wrong)...we reschedule (#3) they cancel... repeat again for #4 cancellation.
NEVER will I step foot in that store or buy a product now.
