Motrola Complaint - Out of country out of mind
SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS -- Had a question on programing a new phone. Called their 800 consumer advocacy office. Is it to much to ask for them to have some one who speaks English. After a confussing exchange I asked to speak to some one in the USA they refused my request. Will never buy another Motrola product. With thousands out of work why hire people in other countries that know nothing?
