Bank of America Complaint - Show me MY MONEY!!
PLANTATION, FLORIDA -- My daughter went online to purchase Marlins tickets for herself and three friends for a Game back in May 2010. She went through the process of ordering the tickets for the game and pressed finish, as the page was finishing we realize it said $508.90 instead of $58!! We could not stop the process so I called Ticket Master right away and they suggested we go to the Stadium and talk to someone at the Box Office. I went right to the Box Office where the tickets are sold etc, and They said we needed to call our Bank!! We spent hours trying to get this resolved (Never Getting the tickets and Not going to the Game! Bank of America said No Problem, just go into the Bank and they will fix it. Well I went into the Bank and also called and spoke to everyone I could about getting the money back in our account! Today is Nov 22!!! We were told SORRY We can't get the money back in your account, Try calling Ticket Master! I called and they said they can't do anything so I then Called Marlins, I talked to Amy and she said she would look into it. I have been on the phone going into the Bank going to Marlins Box Office and No one can Help. This is My money!!! We Never got the tickets and we were first told the best way to get the money back is to say we lost our card!! I told the Truth about making a mistake online and look where it has gotten me! I want to know what happens to the many people that go online to purchase anything and make an error?? Does everyone go through this? Why is it that my $508.90 dollars has been taken out of my account and I did not get anything!!! This is crazy!! Bank of America, Ticket Master, and the Marlins No one will do anything!!!! I will keep on calling and keep on trying to get my money!!! Is this how Bank Of America works when we are in a so called Recession???????
