E-Rewards Complaint - Awful Customer Service!

I have been trying to work with them for months in getting my daughter's and my accounts straight but they still can not do it. Just because we have similar names, but of course they are under different email addresses, they still consider us to be the same person! UNBELIEVABLE! I get different stories from different customer reps and when I ask to speak to or be contacted by their Supervisor/Manager, they tell me their director will contact me - well that was weeks ago. any follow up emails I send are just ignored. THEY ARE TOTAL RIP OFFS!

E-Rewards source of income is gathering data and organizing it for use by their clients, not the satisfaction of the people who voluntarily give opinions. There are plenty of people willing to offer their opinions for a small reward so if some aren't satisfied E-Rewards is not very concerned about it.
