On October 27 I booked a November 23 flight with Cheaptickets.com on United Airlines. I paid for the ticket, and received a confirmation email from cheaptickets stating, "Reservation Made." The email had all of my flight details including reserved seats. On November 18 I went to United's website to view my reservation. I then went to the cheaptickets website. They showed the reservation, but when I contacted them by email they told me that the ticket was never issued by the airline and they were refunding my money to my charge card. I called on November 19, and they told me that the reason the ticket wasn't issued was that my card had never been charged. My card had been charged, and Iam now if a fight with Cheaptickets to get my money back. Do not ever deal with this company. They are incompetent thieves who belong in jail!

I pretty much avoid anything with the word cheap in it.
