Complaint - Gadspot Doesn't Care

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased almost $1000 worth of Security Camera's, DVR's & cables from Gadspot to install at my building. Once the building was completed, and we installed the camera's, we realized that we needed a wider angle lens.
We called Gadspot and requested to exchange 4 camera's for ones with a wider angle lense. They refused because the camera's were purchased more than 90 days ago. These camera's are new in box and they will not exchange them.

Also, their customer service people are not friendly.
I will never do business with Gadspot again.

I'm not sure why you would expect them to accept your cameras after 90 days. As far as I know, most stores or companies wouldn't after 30 days.

I wanted to upgrade cameras before I purchased a bundle set and PAY the difference - Customer Service told me that was NOT possible - I would have to buy the package - keep the (inferior) cameras that came with the bundle and pay FULL price for each of the 8 better cameras without being considered for a partial credit??? So..."most companies wouldn't after 30 days" - this is even prior to the purchase??? NOT VERY CONSUMER FRIENDLY..
