SEARS- Repair Service Complaint - Sears Screwed Me Too!

Review by rdwolf5 on 2010-11-19
NEW JERSEY -- OMG- I had the exact same experience as Bob M. today. 2 weeks ago Sears scheduled a repair for my dishwasher. I took the day off and received an automated message in the morning that they would arrive between 8am-12pm. At 10:40 they called to say they were overbooked and now I have to wait until December 7th. This is the 2nd repair to the same machine with the same people canceling more than once. If they cancel again I am going to drag the dirty machine back to the store and demand my money back!

Maybe causing a scene will get their attention. Hey SEARS- people are out of work! Hire somebody to repair your stinkin" dishwashers! NEVER AGAIN!
