Priceline.com Complaint - Priceline changed hotel that I booked
Clicked all the boxes to have a get-away for my wife and I. Clearly had ONE hotel on the screen. THAT hotel only, because of handicapped access and sights. Priceline changed the hotel 2 miles away, and refused to change hotel, cancel, etc.
Priceline sucks for customer service. Young girls employed to answer phones, cannot answer questions, make changes...why did you pick up the phone at all?
