Enchanted Mirror Complaint - No Answer... - 1 pon001 Custom Chiffon, Organza, Velvet or Lace Poncho/Cape/Shawl

I ordered a custom Chiffon Poncho from a company that was called "The Enchanted Mirror" and is now called "Something Exquisite".

I placed my order on 7/4/10 and I have emailed them and heard nothing back...I am not saying anything bad about them..I just want to know why they never have shipped my order or replied to my emails..

I am beyond sad.

Hello Dana,

We did reply to your eMail, the very same day you sent it to us, alerting you to the status of your order, which will be completed and shipped in the time frame as stated in your email message.
If you did not receive this message from us, please let us know. We are not called "Something Exquisite" that is just a description of the items in the store.
Please email me if you did NOT receive my email.

I think you have the right to be sad and to say something bad. They have your money and you have nothing to show for it, not even an explanation. The change of hands might have caused the delay, but someone should get back to you. It's probably even too late to dispute the charge with your credit card.
