Yubisaki Pillow Complaint - Yubisaki Charges to your credit card - Yubisaki Pillow

VAN NUYS, CALIFORNIA -- Yubisaki Pillows has a TV ad for a "cool" pillow. My wife has complained for years that her pillow is "hot," so I called the 1-800 number and ordered ONE(1) pillow for my wife. The price for ONE (1) pillow, including shipping, was $54.95. I gave them my credit card number and deducted $55.00 from my account. FIVE (5) pillows arrived by U.S.P.S. aloong with a bill charging my account $234.50! ($74.75 to "handle and ship" 5 pillows) I called the company immediatly. They offer me a return shipping label and "merchandise coupons" for various other products, refusing to refund my money. I turned it over to the Michigan Attorney General, but what can they do?
Also, Yubisaki pillows are about 1/2 the size of a normal pillow. What do you do with the rest of the pillowcase? For $55, it's a ripoff!
