Gaylord National Harbor Complaint - ICE at Gaylord National Harbor
INNER HARBER, MARYLAND -- We just returned from a horrible experience attending ICE at National Harbor. While they sell tickets for a specific time, the lines and wait is interminable. Had we not gone for a special occasion, we would have been tempted to leave without seeing the ICE. We waited an hour and those who came after us had even a longer wait. We saw several people who left without seeing ICE because of the wait. Then we went over to the atrium at the Gaylord to see the snow event. That was a big disappointment also. It was bubbles coming down and very meager.
The children in the line were very well behaved considering that the wait was long for adults. The management of ICE needs to be more open about the wait and not over-sell tickets. To add insult to injury, it cost us $12 for parking. Seems unreasonable since we had little control over how long it took us to get through ICE. We had intended to have dinner at Inner Harbor but after the long wait, we just came home. Don't go to see ICE. Not worth the $$ or the wait!!!
