Taco Bell Compliment - Classic case of customer service!
COLUMBUS, OHIO -- I order from our local Taco Bell about 2 times a month. It's not very often but all the times I have gone I've never had a bad experience. To clear things up, I do only go thru the drive thru (I have a 30min lunch break.) I'm always greeted with a "how are you?" and I always hear a "thank you! have a good night!" And to top it off...they've never messed up my order! I'm always well stocked with sauces, napkins, and the infamous spork!
It shouldn't matter if you're the CEO or a minimum wage worker, there are simple rules to the basics of customer service. Please and thank you does go a very long way!
I know this may not seem like much, but I just wanted to say good job and a big thank you to the people at Taco Bell on n. high st!
